Our Background & Motivation

Ferdinand Porsche is quoted as saying; "I couldn't find the car of my dreams so I built it myself" and these words perfectly sum up the motivation behind the formation of LUCID Solutions, our unique Solution Delivery Model and the agile business intelligence tools, techniques, products and methodologies that we have developed.

Frustrated by service providers that lacked insight to our business issues and opportunities, that attempted to deliver solutions based on their prescriptive service and product offerings instead of our specific needs as clients, offerings designed to create dependency upon their organisation and that consumed our cash, time and other resources, we conceived the idea of forming a truly client-centric solution provider, LUCID Solutions.

With in excess of 100 collective years of in-practice/industry management experience, LUCID Solutions was established in response to the need that Professional Service Enterprises have when they reach outside of their organisations for strategic, operational and project solutions, to work with a Solution Provider that will Listen, Understand, Collaborate, Innovate and Deliver©. In addition to summing up the motivation behind the establishment of Lucid Solutions, Ferdinand Porsche’s quest for the car of his dreams has an even greater relevance in the context of our goal to deliver “perfect solutions” for each client. Solutions that help our clients succeed.
